"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Assuming stand alone Outlook with pop3 or imap:

In your control panel open "mail"  then show profiles.  Add a profile, add the new profile.  Select "chose profile" when starting outlook.  Add the credentials for the second profile.  This will keep the two mailboxes separate from each other.

On the phone, just add another email account.  Add the credentials for that account and give the account a name.

One dump question again what is the difference between POP3 and IMAP?
Larry Struckmeyer MVPCommented:
Pop3 calls the messages to your local pst file.  IMAP give you the ability to read and respond to the messages but does not remove them from the pop3 server nor download them to your local system.  From this perspective it is very much like web mail, but it requires an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird.  It's biggest disadvantage imo is that you only have access to the amount of mail that your ISP allows.

This mail box is a office 365.

I was able to add another mailbox in my phone and it working but I am not able to add it in my laptop.

The mail server setting showing in my phone is exchange server :

what else do I need to add it in my outlook in my laptop.

The settings in outlook should be very much the same as those on your phone.  If it does not work you should contact the provider of the second mail address for specific instructions.  They could have a wide variety of email settings.
