License free Visual Studio Community 2015 for amateur programmer

Hello,

Tried to download the Visual Studio Community 2015 but it does expire in 30 days as license is required.Is there any free Visual Studio.

It's free, but you have to register it. See this FAQ topic:

You need a Microsoft Account for this, and you'll have to log into the account from the VS interface (I believe). When you log into the Community Edition, you should see a link to sign into your MSFT account. Do that, and then register the software.
