I just acquired a new client running exchange 2010 with no service packs. &nbsp;Server is 2008 R2 SP1. I am unable to apply any exchange Svc packs. &nbsp;All of them launch and then throw the error CoreXT base wtl setup exe is not responding. &nbsp;Not finding any love on search engines. &nbsp;I need at least service pack 2 for the New-mailboxrepairrequest cmdlet. &nbsp;<br />
Any thoughts on where to look for a solution to this event?
