Mailbox folder content in Exchange 2010 shell

how is it possible that the exchange shell show me the quantity of mails in a mailbox-folder ?

with this script is see only the mailbox size but not how many mails are inside the folder:

Get-MailboxStatistics -Server ex01 | where {$_.ObjectClass –eq "Mailbox"} | Sort-Object TotalItemSize –Descending | ft @{label="User";expression={$_.DisplayName}},@{label="Total Size (MB)";expression={$_.TotalItemSize.Value.ToMB()}},@{label="Items";expression={$_.ItemCount}},@{label="Storage Limit";expression={$_.StorageLimitStatus}} -auto
