Windows 2008 to 2012 Server -- CAL Migration ?

Are there any needed steps to transfer
the below #4 from my old 2008 server to 2012 ?

  1. two PHYSICAL servers
  2. four total Windows 2012 R2 STANDARD HyperV machines
  3. two Windows 2012 R2 STANDARD licenses
  4. 100 Windows 2012 R2 STANDARD Core CALs
  5. one location, one domain

There are no tasks needed to be performed on the servers as licensing is based on honor system.  You legally fine if you have software assurance for your 100 CALs, if not then you need to buy all new CALs.
