"Offline cached content will be deleted" POP3 removal warning? Outlook 2013

I'm trying to remove a POP3 account from Outlook 2013. I've already imported the .pst into a new (exchange) account, so I feel secure that I've got everything, except I'm getting a warning

"Careful, if you remove this account, its offline cached content will be deleted. Learn how to make a back up of the offline .ost file."

Does anybody know exact what its referring to? Auto-complete cache or something?

Just want to be 100% sure (and always praying for Microsoft to sometimes consider being a little bit more specific)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is exactly what it says.  Outlook 2010/2013 keeps a .ost file for you to open up your email when you are not connected to exchange.  This is what is called the cached email.  If you feel that you have backed up all his mail in its entirety to a .pst file you may proceed with the deletion.

Make sure you also grab the autocomplete files for his outlook profile.  An example is listed here below:

It was a POP3 account so there was no .ost file, that's why I'm asking. I actually just think it's a bug. Thanks for the replies! I removed the account without any issue and no .ost file was deleted.

Thanks especially for explaining where the autocomplete file is!
