IIS6 Authentication with AD

I have an IIS web server running on Server 2003. I have created the directory for the web site pages to be stored. I have enabled Windows Authentication and assigned permissions to said directory. When I browse to the website, I am prompted for credentials. However, when I enter the credentials, I get a 404 error - "HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found. Internet Information Services (IIS)".

I have attached screenshots of the configuration of IIS. Please advise

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sine you didn't allow directory browsing is one of the default documents exist in this directory? In the url you write in the browser do you specify a file that exist in this directory?
