Upgrading to Office 365 from Microsoft Exchange server 2003

I am trying to plan a migration from a  Microsoft Exchange server 2003 Standard (not SBS) to Office 365.  Microsoft has discontinued support on the 2003 Exchange server so I cannot even get a migration plan document from them. This is a small 10 user network. Does anyone know where I can at least get a document to help me?

Should all be pretty simple.

1. Get Office 365 account set up.
2. Edit DNS, so that email gets sent to the Microsoft servers, rather than your own.
3. For each user, export their email into a .PST from Outlook.
4. For each user, reconfigure Outlook to use the Microsoft servers.
5. For each user, import their email from the .PST created in #3 into their mailbox.

Microsoft have a tool, EXMERGE which automates some of #3 and #4, but with just 10 users I probably would not bother.
