I have an existing EMC VNX 5300 that I have just added two new storage DAE shelves.<br />
DAE 1 has 15 900 GB SAS drives and DAE2 has 15 2TB NL SAS. I want to configure each DAE to be RAID5 with a spare. When creating the pool should I put all 15 drives in the pool to get the configuration I’m looking for to give me the RAID 5 and still give me a spare?<br />

Adding new storage to an EMC VNX 5300
