Unable to install Yosemite MAC OS X in vmware workstation 12

Here is what I done so far:

Installed vmware workstation 12 Pro
Downloaded Yosemite dmg and converted it to an ISO using PowerISO
Launched new machine wizard and set MAC OS 10.10 and Boot to EFI
Added smc.version = "0" to vmx file

I receive these messages:
VM message
Attempting to start up from:
EFI VMware Virtual SATA Hard Drive (0.0)...unsuccessful.
EFI VMware Virtual SATA CDROM Drive (1.0)...unsuccessful.

DVD Drive is pointing to Yosemite ISO

Any ideas?

Thanks,

I'm afraid no Expert Exchange expert can help you with this question.

Because it is a breach of the Apple EULA to run OS X on non-apple hardware, and because of this breach of this EULA, this is a forbidden subject on Experts Exchange.
