Microsoft Outlook 2010 - Crashes moving appointments

I have an issue with a Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 installation on windows 7 Home Premium.  When deleting or moving appointments, Outlook Crashes.  "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working".  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly etc....

What I have tried without success.

1.  Repaired pst using ScanPst.exe - It says it repairs,  but upon re-scan,  the same errors are still reported.
2.  Repaired pst using Stellar Phoenix Outlook pst repair.
3.  Ran  outlook.exe /cleanreminders.
4.  Created a new outlook profile,  imported pst into new .pst.
5   Repaired Office Installation using "Change" in Add/Remove programs.
6.  Disabled all outlook add-ins
7.  Reset Internet Explorer to default.
8.  Renamed All cached files and folders under appdata

I'm at a loss and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Check if it crashes in Safe Mode first
make sure the the Skype toolbar is disabled.

I find that this type of problem is not uncommon on Win 7 Home premium - Note the word HOME  not Business or Pro.
That's why Microsoft has Pro and Home - Home is not supported on a Business Network (Domain)

I convinced my customer to upgrade to Office 2016.    This solved the problem all on it's own.
Thanks for your response,  much appreciated.
