Have you tried activating the Windows 7 manually? If for some reason the Product Key is not corrupt,
you can  right mouse on "Computer"  and go to properties.  At the bottom, you can change the product key

No. I did not try to activating windows 7 manually. b'coz I want to know why this problem occurred. here is another info after I run slmgr.vbs /dlv

Script : C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs
line :1333
Char : 5
Error : Storage to process this request is not available
Code : 80070054
Source : Null

and when I RDP the computer

it gets me this error  code : 0x400xf040 with message "Get  genuine windows" link

Does this happen to be a retail version of win 7?
Go here and scroll to bottom, https://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/library/ff793406.aspx

Converting Retail Editions to Volume Activation
You may need to run this,  Slmgr.vbs /ipk <SetupKey>

another update,

forget about the  script error, now I was able to run slmgr.vbs /dlv and it is showing me that the machine was licensed and activated. but every time  I log-in to the machine it shows  that windows 7 is counterfeit and this error only happens in one machine. the rest of the machines that we have are working fine.
