SharePoint Online having a idea/suggestion box

Hello,

We are about to roll out a new SharePoint site and looking for suggestions on how to allow the users to submit ideas/suggestions regarding the site?  Is there a standard web part in SharePoint that will do that or is there a free add-on that will work.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Thanks,
John

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There was a Noteboard webpart which allowed text to be written onto pages easily, however I'm unclear whether support is going to continue for this in O365.

A custom list should be fine. Create it with the fields you need, and add a link to the new item form onto the page, link titled suggestions.

In list settings you can also set that people cannot see other peoples entries, only their own for confidentiality.

I think I would probably use a discussion board for something like this.
