Key Notice in Windows 10

I just upgraded to Windows 10, and I keep getting a pop-up (see attached) asking for "Key Required".  But there's no indication of what program this message to.  Please advise.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have the 3rd party file viewer Explorer View?
philsimmonsAuthor Commented:
I don't know what that is.  Maybe.  How do I find out?

Do you see it under uninstall a program?

philsimmonsAuthor Commented:
No, I don't have it.

1) Disable all 3rd party services and startup (s) on the client using msconfig
(Attention: In Services enable the option "Hide all Microsoft services" and disable; do not disable Microsoft services!)

2) After the restart might not show up the error. If you want to know which program is the cause, you must activate each service and startup one by one again. It is important that you perform a restart every time.
