I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Microsoft have recently released a new tool/service to get content from on premises to Office 365;

If this isn't suitable, options are;

1. Use a 3rd party tool to copy content directly or you can have it reorganized in transit e.g. Metalogix or ShareGate.
2. Manually copy small amounts of content using explorer view to drag/drop
3. Custom Powershell could be used, but frankly that route is tricky
