Grant User Guest membership only

Have some remote users who get email via OWA. To prevent them from getting access to server have denied dial in access and want to make them guest members only and not domain users.

Can this be done ? Have added guest membership but does not allow me to delete the primary group Domain User as is the primary group and set primary group option is greyed out so cant change it ?

Set the primary group to domain guests and then you can remove the membership from domain users.
