I am creating a performance review PDF for my job, and I am trying to find out how to make the fields read only after the manager signs, but will still allow the employee to still sign the document, but will not allow any edits to be made except the signatures. &nbsp;I am not sure if it is a script or a specific program that can do this and how?<br />
