Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

When you say blacklisted are you talking from an email perspective?
Check on and if blacklisted then follow removal description.

The reason you may be blacklisted is because your domain is sending out spam at a high level.  Do you have a spam/virus solution in place for your email environment there?  If so , make sure it is up to date.

I had this problem years ago at a company I was working for.  Our servers were sending out spam.  There were budget constraints and we were running an outdated version of Scanmail from Trend.  Trend did in fact inform me that we needed to upgrade to their latest version.  After the money was approved for it, I implemented the new version and all the problems were over.
