move a file to a folder instead of killing it using vb6

I have reminder program that kills a rtf file, but have found a need to be able to open the file
instead of  Kill fName
move  fName to a folder named "Deleted Reminders"
how to write this ?

Mixed case names I use often
I can type cbotasks and if spelled correctly vb
changes to cboTasks with a capitol "T" if not i know the guess is wrong.
then i do me.cbo which shows selections starting with cbo
