ONprem to Online move failed

Dear All,

We have hybrid environment with Exchange 2010 and O365. On a daily basis we create and move mailboxes from onprem to online. We noticed few of our mailboxes are not being migrated to online due to the below error.

NO recent changes were made to the source and Online infrastructure.

The operation couldn't be performed because object 'ahmed@out.look.co' couldn't be found on
