Viewport Sizing

Is there a way to automatically resize the viewport of asp.net application? I have an application that looks great when viewed on a laptop or a desktop computer; however, when viewed on a mobile device I have to pinch to resize each page as they are rendered.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The viewport meta tag placed in the head of your page is critical for proper resizing of elements however you need to have a responsive design to begin with to take full advantage.
