I have a generic email for our facilities and when I get an email from it I don't like the display. I would like to change it to look like facility services. Where do I do that?<br />

Also I would like to forward all the emails going to this inbox to another mailbox.<br />

I have the exchange admin tools it is exchange 2010 I just want to do it properly.
