I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can download it now.  That PDF states they plan to "certify" it by October.

I'm running a full 11.2.0.3 database on Windows 10 right now.  It probably isn't "certified" but that doesn't mean it won't run.

I don't know anything about Virtual Manager so I cannot comment on it.
I would do as the PDF suggests and look at the referenced Note on Oracle Support.

thanks slightwv, can you share the link to download this 11.2.0.3 db for windows 10, don't see 11.2.0.3, but found this one:

Do advise, which one to download and install too.

11g is quickly coming to end of life.  I would go with 12c.

I was just pointing out that just because it isn't "certified" doesn't mean it will not run.  I wouldn't run anything in production that wasn't certified but for development and testing, there shouldn't be an issue.

There is no 11.2.0.3 "for windows 10".  11.2.0.1 should work fine.  Then you can apply any patch sets (form Oracle Support) you want.

What answer were you looking for?  I clarified the information in the link you provided.  I also stated the 11g software should work just fine on Windows 10.  I don't know what additional information I could provide.
