Printing issue from Mac
Hello Mac Expert ..
I am trying to help a lady who has issue printing from her Mac. The issue is not with the printer ( the printer is brand new) the issue is with the way the printing page is displayed. If she prints a note, the printing page shows up and the little rectangular on the bottom right page shows up, she click "print" and she is able to print. ( see attached pictures Printing from Mac1).
When she try to print form an email the printing page shows up but the little rectangular button on the bottom right goes a way down that screen and it can't not bee seen and of course it can not been clicked. I t seems to me that the page is a way too big.
I am not a Mac expert but I thing that reducing the size of that page will solve the problem. the printing page should be just a little bit smalled to show the little rectangular button that says "print".
In my Mac laptop when I print the print page( see image printing from Mac2) its very small and I can easy see the print button and I have no problem clicking it and printing things. how can I solve this please ? can someone provide steps by steps how to fix this. May be I just need to reside the resolution of the screen? of the size of the screen or any other idea ?

Also, is it possible that the reason the print dialogue is off screen is that she has accidentally zoomed in the screen? Ask her to scroll down while holding down the control key to zoom out.

Strung Exellent solution. I tried in mine and this will fix the problem. I feel incredibly 'Retarded now" :)
I already tried to zoom out and I couldn't fix the problem. I am sure that your first solution is want I was looking for.

Strung, I used that features "Show Details" and as you can see from the attached pictures it rotate the print dialogue box from vertical to horizontal. in this way you can see from the pic that the little square "print" now is visible. :)
But can you see how big is still that print dialogue box ? in my mac is much smaller...how can I make it smaller. I was looking for an option to resize it but I can find it...

Excellent!
It shouldn't be that big unless the user has zoomed in the screen or is using a non-standard screen resolution. Check the Displays prefs panel.
Command option 8 turns on and off zoom if you have zoom shortcuts enabled.
