GP 2013 and eConnect 12.0

I had to install eConnect on our new server. We have 2 applications that use eConnect to export data to GP. That data isn't exporting. Anyone have tips on configuring eConnect. We have a service account on the network; the account has sysadm rights. What am I missing?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

TO start, make sure your eConnect service account is mapped in SQL with DYNUSER mapping on DYNAMICS and each company database. The installation of eConnect does this for you if you have that box checked.

This was already done, whoajack. eConnect was configured correctly. It was the application itself that was causing the problem, not eConnect

eConnect was configured correctly. The application ended up being the problem. The vendor had to make a few configuration changes.
