Hello guys,
here its the problem..

cannot open DHCP, DNS  or any other administration tools DC, IIS, ROUTING even the task manager.
what i noticed its that it seems to open, but it flash real quick and got close.

i am suspicious about a virus, i ran antivirus and spyware but still same issue.

any idea ?

sfc /scannow command should be supported in your OS.

couldnt ran anything  but msconfig allowed me to see that there was some weird services staring up along with windows causing that to happen!
