Exchange 2013 ABP

Dear Experts,

In my company we are using windows server 2012 configured with domain. Also Exchange 2013  configured.  Now my management wants the following:-
1 :- Only some users can send & receive mails to some users only. Ex:- A & B can send & receive mails from C & D only. No other users can send them & they can't send to any other users apart from the mentioned.
2 :- Also in their Address Book they can only see the mail ids of those users only to whom they are sending & receiving mails from.
Note :- users belongs to different OU's.

Please suggest me how to solve it.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Mans 1: - (I) browse user mailbox properties under mailbox feature option you will get Message Delivery Restriction there you can change the setting Only senders for user A & B can receive mails from C & D only, do the same receiver setting for C &D from AB.

(II) You need to configure transport rule for sending email

I have plenty of users so as per your advice I need to open user properties & select accept messages from so & so.
For me this is not possible. For this to do I don't know how many days I need to spend. please suggest me if any other solution is there or not. so that i can do for bulk of users.
