Checo that there is enough free disk space on your volume servrr, or that the available compute servers are of the right type (e.g. if you image is x86_64 but you compute engines only support amd64). If you put debug on nova, you should see the actual failure.

Post the logs from /var/log/nova/*log would help.<br />
