If you want to use Hyper-V on Windows 7.0 these are you options

1. Upgrade to Windows 8.1 Pro.
2. Install VMware Workstation 12.0, and Create a Virtua Machine and the install Windows 2012/WIndows 8.0 and add the Hyper-V role.

Windows 8.1 Pro includes Client Hyper-V (you add it as a role) there is no need for VMware, if you use Windows 8.1 Pro as your host! This is the best option for performance!

If you do not have Windows 8.1 Pro, and have Windows 7.0 as a host, you can use VMware and install a VM, either Windows 8.1 or Windows 2012.

Hyper-v is supported on workstation OS as of Windows 8.0.  With Windows 7, I recommend you either upgrade to Windows 7.1 or 10 and install Hyper-V or install either VMware Player, Workstation or VirtualBox which is mature and has almost all features one requires for virtualiAtion.

Thank you Mohammed for your respond. you mention VirtualBox, I am experiencing difficulty with VMware see WMware lab would you be comfortable to recommend from VMware to  VirtualBox? before I start building a hyper V environment my be should I switch.

In your scenario, I would and the worse that could happen is that if you are not happy, you could always remove it. I used to use VirtualBox until I went to windows8.
