Excel formula needed?

Hello all,

The problem that I am trying to solve:
1.      Each work code that have specific [types] assigned to it.
2.      The work codes also have specific [owners] associated with it as well
Now I want as formula in column D that does this;
•      If a work code has multiple owners, having types = B or A, then put YES in column D
•      If work code has multiple owners but they belong to type = C, then it’s not an issue

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
