menuStrip rendering menus in all uppercase

I'm coming back to Winforms after a few years in web development and a couple of things have changed. I have a menu that works just fine but even though in the designer I'm using proper case names "File" they render as uppercase "FILE". How do I prevent this? Even better, how do I allow the user to choose which method they prefer?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I really doubt the casing is changed alone. I have never seen it. You surely have code that modifies your menu.

You are correct. I borrowed some open source code and discovered some code in there that does this. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
