DLL errors on desktop after cleaning a laptop

Hello,

After cleaning a laptop, now every time I restart the laptop I receive these two errors ( see attached pictures)
how can I delete this annoying pups up please?

What kind of "cleaning" are you referring to? If you mean "deleting" some files which you considered to be not needed then you have corrupted some program installations. And these were set to start automatically.
Now you need to reinstall two programs:
1) iCloud
2) iTunes
Best if you uninstall Apple software at all from PC and see if you get these errors at all. Then install iTunes and check if the problem persists,
