Unable to access ESXi

I am unable to access ESXi  directly from the DCUI
- Restarted the Physical Host
- F2 does not work (it just hangs)
- Error on VCenter 5.5 ( Update network configuration. A General system error occurred)
- I know it is Network adapter issue and want to add one.

- Is there any other way to force login to  the ESXi Host?

Thanks.
