One Drive for Business failing to Sync 2 files

Hi,

I have an office 365 subscription which is using thee E3 plan and for the most part it works really well. The issue Im currently dealing with is a problem with One Drive for Business. For time to time the sync breaks on one or two files and I just cant get them to sync again.

This has happened on a few occassions now and the only fix is to recreate the sync'd pair again which is time consuming due to the internet connection pretty slow.

The OS is Windows 7 64bit and the One Drive app is the latest from the Office 365 portal.

Thanks

I'd say be happy that you have issues with just 2 files :) The ODFB client is known for its numerous problems and limitations. See if you can get a proper error message and try to troubleshoot it via the links below:

Or, just use the web interface and ignore the sync client when possible. Switching to the preview version of the next-gen ODFB client is also an option, but there are some limitations with it as well (no support for W8.1, no support for Team sites, etc)
