Single sided writable DVDs larger than 4.7 GB
Are there currently any single sided writable DVDs that are larger than 4.7 GB?
I would like to be able to burn content to single sided DVDs that can store more data than the standard 4.7 GB DVDs.
If so what are these DVDs called, who makes them, and where can I purchase them online?

Yes I am talking bout the factory pressed DVDs.
If you have your DVD's factory pressed, they can have more space onthem than self burned DVD's. Those as has been said several times, are limited to 4.7 GB if they are single layer, and 8.5 GB if they are Double Layer. There is nothing you can do about those limits.

since you turn the disk over for reading the 2nd side - they are essentially SINGLE side
so i stand with my opinion that double side does not exist
btw i though Dl 's were 9.4 GB ?
if you want to burn a larger iso - you can extract the files from it with 7z - then delete the files you don't need - or split it, beefore making the iso's again
