A user is having issue with the Lync. Lync status does not change to busy when a meeting/appointment that was scheduled in Outlook occurs.
I had closed this question but later on when I checked with user, issue is not resolved.
I have done following:
have performed below steps:
1. Checked the lync settings and match.
2. Created new Outlook profile
3. Disable Lync account and re-enabled it
4. Recreated Lync account
5. Click the Options button on the Lync main window. Click Personal. Select the Update my presence based on my calendar information check box.
6.logged into lync admin console and reset the user's status and then checked again
7.tried deleting email@example.com from
