Phone System Migration

Hi Experts,

we have just purchased a small company that we want to migrate into an office close to your main office and link them up to our phone system.

the phone system they are using is not owned by them and therefore they will not be able to migrate this with them, the phone system is shared with several other businesses.

we use a Avaya IP Office system which we can set the numbers up they are using on.

however here is my question;

what equipment should we put at this site in order for them to be able to use the phone system? at the moment we have a PBX onsite which can VoIP any phone on the LAN.

I am wondering if I could purchase a device that would be sat on a different site but would allow them to piggyback onto our phone system? does such a device exist. or is there a different solution here which I have overlooked?

Best Regards,

Reece

Are the sites connected MPLS or IPSEC VPN? I have a IP system with remotes phones. All I had to do was point the phones to the correct TFTP server or whatever protocol it uses.  If not there should be an outside url to set the phone to, to link it back to the server.

That is basically what I found, a newer model of the handsets have a IP setting that allows you to inter-connect sites as long as you have an internet connection.
