I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you know that ransomware is the most widespread, destructive malware in the world today? It accounts for 39% of all security breaches, with ransomware gangsters projected to make $11.5B in profits from online extortion by 2019.

In IE, press the "ALT" key to bring up the menu bar
File>Import and Export - Export to a file
Select what you would like to export
Save this file to a flash drive
Do the same thing on the new PC: Alt for the menu bar
File>Import and Export
Select what you want to import
Browse to the file on your flash drive and import the desired settings
Should be a piece of cake

Backup and Restore Internet Explorer’s Trusted Sites List
Backing Up Via Regedit
Compability Mode is user by user settings
if the registry exists as it is not simple try using this
registry setting for IE's compatibility view settings
Bookmarks is standard and already provided
Export bookmarks
When I get stuck moving over to a new machine I use the snipping tool to save a snip of my settings /names, run cmd's if not able to save it.
I hook up my new PC to my Old via the kvmp DVI switch and then transfer everything over, save my installed programs and software etc.
