error

I have a client with a tablet I think it is surface.

one problem is that we can not delete 2 old printers + actual printer in the network. These are all IP base printers and I want to know how to delete the 2 old printers them. Another issue is that the print spooler is always stopping.

The error message is below:
The Collect Procedure for the "C:\Windows\System32\winspool.drv" service in DLL "Spooler"
generated an exception or returned an invalid status. The performance data returned by the
counter DLL will not be returned in the Perf Data Block. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the
Data section contains the exception code or status code.

You can remove the installed printers from registry and install in again. Take a backup if registry before deleting. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Print  > Printers
Right clikc the printer and delete
What are the make(s) and model(s) of those printers and what is listed in the event logs when you try to delete them?
If they are HP, have you tried HP print doctor?
