Can I assign specific permissions to a user/mailbox in Office365?

Dear Experts,

Is there a way on Office365 that I can enable a user to manage the aliases on a specific mailbox? I do not want them to have any kind of admin access to any other mailboxes?

The Exchange RBAC model is very flexible so you can achieve this. But you will need to create a custom management scope that only includes the mailbox in question and assign a role with this scope for the user. You can do this with the New-ManagementScope cmdlet. Here's the documentation:
