It's the definition for VRRP.
1 - is the number of the VRRP group.
virtual IP - it's "fake IP" that VRRP group responds with to the clients.
priority - the higher the number, the higher the priority will be (sic!).

VRRP - is Active/Passive redundancy protocol. Every device has its' own IP address and uses it to send heartbeats to the other devices in the group. The one with the highest priority assumes role of a "master" that responds to the clients with group's virtual IP address. Once master dies, another one with the highest priority is elected.

Haven't used this type of ports but I'll try to explain.

Hybrid port carries tagged frames as well as untagged frames. What are these? Check glossaries on any networking gear vendor's site.
First line configures switch port as Hybrid.
Second line makes VLANs 1, 10 and 200 untagged.
Third line sets PVID to 200.

Since it's a WLC this configuration is probably used for MAC-based VLAN assignment.
Check page 148.

Do you mean ip address 10.222.0.1 will be used instead of 10.222.0.2  for asking client's request ?

Does it define any default VLAN for interface WLAN-ESS1 ?
  port hybrid vlan 1 10 200 untagged
  port hybrid pvid vlan 200

For the command below, does it mean it will remove the VLAN tagged information for VLAN 1, 10 & 200 below sending out to client's device ? I believe  WLAN-ESS1 is a virtual interface and it create when I create any SSID... Tks

port hybrid vlan 1 10 200 untagged

Ad.1 Yes, 10.222.0.1 will be used to answer client requests.
Ad.2 As for that - unfortunately someone else will have to answer that question
