SBS server 2011 - 10Mb+ emails not coming in

I have a client that needs to receive emails often of above 10MB but something is not allowing them to come in.
I have checked the mailbox limits on each user which are unticked to allow any size.

Any help would be most grateful..?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try to send an 11+MB attachment from gmail to the client's email and then examine/post the NDR (delivery failed message) (without the base64 encoded attachment)

this will give you a good place to start looking.

Also, be sure to check the attachment size and other limits, mailbox size is not the only one

You need to change the message size limits in several areas.  Global Transport Configuration, Receive Connector, Send Connector.
