RV042 PPTP user names error

Hi, I just started noticing this on my RV042 (Cisco) routers, when I try to add user accounts on the PPTP server I get the following error.

Start IP's value should be under ....1 ~254!

I can use the users that are already there, but can't add any more.

Thanks guys.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The error has nothing to do with adding a user.  It's stating there is a problem with the IP start value.

Can you double check the start IP value for the PPTP settings?  Please see diagram #2 on this link:

What value do you have for the Range Start?
