Count orange items in each column.

I need to run totals for the number of orange cells at the bottom of each column.  Syntax assistance is greatly appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Here you have done a sum of values in the cell.  I simply want to count the number of colored cells for each column.

Outstanding. It works when opening the book1.xlsm but after moving the tab it into my previously existing.xlsm it gives me simply Name? where the formula is.
frugalmuleAuthor Commented:
Actually it says #Name? and there does not appear to be anything wrong.  The module is showing and the code in there is the same as what you had in Book1.xlsm.
frugalmuleAuthor Commented:
I only thought it was there.  Copied the contents of the module and all is well.  Thank you
