Backup Exec 15 -- bare metal recovery STEPS ?
shows some steps on how to do a "Simplified Disaster Recovery"

Does anyone have other articles showing how I do the below ?
 1. make a "Local Recover Disk"
 2. physical server with BackupExec software DIES
 3. insert "Local Recover Disk" in new bare metal server
 4. somehow restore from backup, etc

Click on the BE Icon, choose Configuration and Settings and then Create Disaster Recovery Disk.
It would means to burn a CD

Lastly, if you have a maintenance contract and you want to have a support (especially in a panic), give them a call and they always help you on issues. Don't do it if you not confident. Also do a test plan and execute them until you confident you know what you doing.
