HP LaserJet Enterprise and Officejet Enterprise MFP Printers - 30.03.45 Error
Trying to resolve this scanner error. Have tried the steps outlined in the link:

Reinstalled Firmware 5 times because I know sometimes you have to perform the firmware upgrade a couple times to fix certain issues.
sometimes it goes away and then the message just keeps coming back and will not allow users to scan for fax or copys. Please help.
