TDBLookupComboBox wider?

I have a small TDBLookupComboBox but the list i need to display is a lot wider. Its Article Number and Article name together, but only the article-number will stay in the field.  The witdh of the list looks to be limited to the width of the visual component. Is there ant way around this, or perhaps some third party component that can handle this?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You must set DropDownWidth property.
  TMyDBLookupComboBox = class(TDBLookupComboBox);

procedure TForm1.FormCreate(Sender: TObject);
  DBLookupComboBox1.DropDownWidth := TMyDBLookupComboBox(DBLookupComboBox1).Canvas.TextWidth(StringOfChar('A', 10+20));

Open in new window

...where 10 is char length of first field and 20 is second field length .... (in my example)

There is great article for autosize TComboBox list width.... but is not good in your case
