video gallery plugin for wordpress v 3.2.1

I am using wordpress version 3.2.1 which is pretty old. I am looking for a video plugin which works. I have tried numerous plugins but getting errors when I install them. Can you suggest a plugin please which can upload videos ( self upload as well as youtube ) and images which is 100% compatible with wordpress 3.2.1. Thanks
