Windows VPN Limiting Users

Hi Experts,

Hoping you can help shed some light on this?

Got a strange issue with windows vpn, presently it seems no more than 10 users can connect. After which the connection is simply refused

The server running the VPN service, is windows 2008 r2 SP1 x64  Enterprise, and is set to use DHCP

I have tried removing DHCP so the VPN server itself assigned IPs, but the same issue persists

Any idea what could be causing this limit?

Kind Regards
