WEB-ENABLED Employee Expense Approval System ?

We currently use an Employee Expense Approval System
from https://www.concur.com for about 100 expense
reports per month which cost about $8,000/year
when you figure everything and does not tie
into our Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system.

Does anyone have a WEB-ENABLED recommendation,
maybe something like the below, it does NOT
need to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP
ERP system, but would be nice ?

There are several time and expense solutions that integrate with Dynamics GP.  I don't know if they all have web solutions, but you should be able to verify relatively easily.

I have not implemented them, but I recently attended the GPUG Summit conference a few weeks ago and saw several vendors that offered a solution.

Here are some names I am familiar with. These aren't endorsements, but a list to start with.  Each will likely have a slightly different focus (administrative vs. professional services, etc.), so you'll need to learn more about them to see which one might fit your specific needs.

http://gorillaexpense.com/   (my booth was next to theirs at Summit)

Project Cost is more of a project oriented solution and does not rely on GP Project Accounting module. But they have an absolutely stunning mobile app for recording time & expenses (I met their mobile app developer):
